At Coached By Clo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle refunds and returns for both coaching services and physical products purchased through coachedbyclo.co.uk.

1. Coaching Services & Digital Products

  • Due to the personalised nature of coaching services and the instant access provided with digital products (such as training plans, guides, or downloads), we do not offer refunds once services or digital products have been delivered/started.

2. Cancellations (Coaching Sessions)

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • Packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • You may return eligible physical products (such as clothing or merchandise) within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
